Do I need to customise to get best out of the CSM portal?
The out-of-the-box Customer Service Portal is quite basic and nowhere near as advanced as the something like the Employee Center. Typically our clients do therefore adopt a moderate degree of customisation to ensure they deliver the best possible user experience.
